摘要
本文以山楂中黄酮类化合物的提取研究为目的,采用索式提取法,以甲醇为提取液进行单因素实验和正交实验,考察甲醇浓度、提取时间以及料液比对提取效果的影响,并以芦丁标准液绘制标准曲线,通过紫外可见光谱扫描,得到最优提取条件:料液比1∶40,甲醇溶液65%,回流时间2h,山楂中黄酮的最大提取量为2.624mg/g。
The effects of methanol concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,extracting time on the extraction effects were studied by extracting of flavonoids in hawthorns by soxhlet extraction.Methanol extraction conditions of flavonoids in hawthorns were optimized by orthogonal method.The optimal combination was that the solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶40,methanol concentration 65%,extracting time 2h.Under these conditions,the maximum flavonoids of hawthorns extraction was 2.624mg/g.
