摘要
研究了乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷与异丙醇的酯交换反应,发现以二丁基氧化锡为催化剂,用量为1%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为7h,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷收率最高,达到了91.82%。经过精馏后,乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷的纯度可以达到99%以上。
The transesterification of vinyltrimethoxysilane with isopropanol was studied. It was found that dibutyltin oxide was used as catalyst,the dosage was 1%,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the reaction time was 7 h,vin-yltriisopropoxysilane.The highest yield reached 91.82%.After rectification,the purity of vinyl triisopropoxysilane can reach 99% or more.
