摘要
为了使水泥环在稠油热采条件下保持稳定,研制了一种韧性水泥浆体系。体系中添加了具有耐温性、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀性好的聚醚醚酮。该体系具有良好的高温稳定性。室内实验及现场应用表明,该体系在高温条件下可以长期保持其韧性。在300℃的条件下水泥石的弹性、抗压强度、渗透率均能满足油井生产的需求。
In order to make the cement set remain stable under the conditions of thermal recovery,a flexible cement system was developed.The system contains polyetheretherketone which with temperature resistance,fatigue resistance,good corrosion resistance.The cement retains its flexibility for long times at high temperatures,for example those used for steam assisted gravity drainage of heavy oil formations,Compressive strength,elasticity,permeability are all stable and suitable for high temperature down-hole oilfield use at 300℃.
