摘要
高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的导热改性一般添加高导热的无机物质。在高导热无机物质中,以炭素材料使用最多。本文综述了HDPE/炭素导热复合材料的导热机理、组成和影响因素、以及存在的问题等。
Thermal modification of high density polyethylene(HDPE) generally adds inorganic substances with high thermal conductivity.Among the inorganic materials with high thermal conductivity,carbon is the most widely used.In this paper,the thermal conductivity mechanism,composition,influencing factors and existing problems of HDPE/carbon thermal conductive composites are reviewed.
