摘要
荧光各向异性检测法是一种均相、重现性高的检测方法,它不受荧光强度影响。该方法已经被广泛的用于核酸、蛋白质、金属离子等的分析检测。本文归纳了近年来氧化石墨烯放大荧光各向异性在分析检测中的运用,同时简述了其在疾病诊断和治疗上的应用前景。
Fluorescence anisotropy is a homogeneous and reproducibility approach,which is not affected by fluorescence intensity.It has been widely applied for analying various targets including nucleic acids,protein,metal ions and so on.This paper summarizes the graphene oxide amplified fluorescence anisotropy in recent years in the application of analysis,and describes its application prospect in disease diagnosis and treatment.
