摘要 近红外荧光成像被广泛应用于肿瘤诊断,具有非侵入性、深组织穿透性、低组织吸收以及高信噪比等优点。本文着重介绍了近几年近红外荧光纳米粒子(量子点、金纳米簇、上转化纳米粒子和荧光染料修饰的纳米粒子等)在肿瘤诊断中的进展和应用,并展望了该领域未来的发展和前景。 Near infrared fluorescence imaging has been widely used in the diagnosis of tumor with many advantages such as non-invasive,deep tissue penetration,low tissue absorption,and high signal-to- background ratio.This paper focused on process and applications of the NIR fluorescent nanoparticles(quantum dots、 Au nanoclusters、upconversion nanoparticles and fluorescence dyes labeled nanoparticles et.al) used in tumor diagnosis,and the future development and prospects were also included.
