几种煅烧高岭土在乙丙橡胶绝缘中的应用初探

摘要 测试了几种煅烧高岭土的粒径,红外光谱和水中沉降性能,并研究了其对乙丙橡胶绝缘体积电阻率和机械强度的影响。得出结论:并非粒径越小,绝缘电阻越高;而是中位径在3.5~5μm范围内的煅烧高岭土绝缘性能较好。红外光谱显示二氧化硅含量高,并经硅烷表面处理的煅烧高岭土对初始和长期绝缘体积电阻率有利。煅烧高岭土的粒径越小,对乙丙橡胶绝缘料的机械性能越有利。 The particle sizes, infrared spectra and settling properties in water of several calcined kaolins were tested, and their effects on volume resistivity and mechanical strength of EPR insulation were studied.It is concluded that the smaller the particle size, the higher the insulation resistance is Not necessarily.However, calcined kaolin with a median diameter of 3.5~5μm has better insulation performance.Infrared spectra show that calcined kaolin with high content of silica and surface treatment of silane is beneficial to initial and long-term volume resistivity of insulation.The smaller the particle size of calcined kaolin is, the better the mechanical properties of EPR insulation will be.
