摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件对贵州桐梓煤进行粉煤气化工艺模拟,分别研究了载气类型、煤/载气质量、煤/气化剂质量比对桐梓煤气化性能的影响,研究发现在相同进料条件下,惰性载气对煤气化性能的影响较小,而煤气化剂的量直接影响煤的气化温度及合成气的组成。计算结果对应粉煤气化工艺有一定的参考价值。
The Aspen Plus software is being used to simulate the coal gasification process of Guizhou Tongzi coal,The effects of carrier gas type,the mass ratio of coal/carrier gas and coal/gasification on Tongzi coal gasification performance were studied.The study found that under the same feed conditions,The inert carrier gas has little effect on the coal gasification performance.The amount of coal gasification agent directly affects the gasification temperature of the coal and the composition of the synthesis gas.The calculation results have certain reference value for the powder coal gasification process.
