笔者对于广东某木器漆生产公司接获由于油漆漆膜发白而出现的投诉甚至退货进行了综合统计分析,根据涂料的使用方法及使用时间,分析出可能造成发白现象的原因。根据调查分析造成漆膜发白的原因大概可以分为以下几个:施工环境,基材含水率过高,施工人员操作不当,涂料自身四大原因。

The author makes a comprehensive statistical analysis of complaints and even returns from a wood paint production company in Guangdong Province due to the whitening of paint film.According to the use method and time of the paint,the possible reasons for the whitening phenomenon are analyzed.According to the investigation and analysis,the causes of whitening of paint film can be divided into the following:construction environment,high moisture content of base material,improper operation of builders,and four major reasons of paint itself.
