大直径钢管马鞍口切割机接料斗的设计及应用研究

摘要 随着社会科技发展和进步,大直径钢管马鞍口切割机逐渐取代了通过制作纸质样板划线的半自动马鞍口切割现状。结合公司引进的马鞍口切割机系统操作流程,接料台车的尺寸和荷载情况,现有车间利库材料情况,以及新料斗使用性能分析的背景下,本文对新式接料斗进行了设计及应用研究。本文建立了有限元模型,并设定了两种外加荷载共四种危险工况,进行了强度和刚度的计算分析,最终形成计算结论用于指导新料斗的预制和应用实践。 With the society technology greatly development and advancement,big diameter tubular saddle shape cutting machine has gradually adopt of traditional semiautomatic cutting method by using paper saddle template and lining. In the background of the new purchased tubular saddle cutting machine system operation flow,the dimension and load condition of hopper trolleys,the material condition of workshop library,and new hopper service performance analysis,this paper has done design and application study for new hopper. This paper creates a hopper finite element module,and sets up two outer loading of four dangerous work conditions,and calculates the hopper strength analysis and rigidity analysis,finally gets the calculation conclusion for fabrication and application of the new hopper.
