摘要 针对目前泡沫除尘技术由于泡沫除尘剂发泡率低、润湿性差等原因不能取得良好降尘效果的问题,通过对泡沫除尘剂除尘机理的研究得出泡沫捕尘的过程可以分为拦截、粘附、湿润和沉降等过程,进而通过改进的ROSS-Miles实验和接触角测定实验得出了一种最优的泡沫除尘剂配方,即:泡沫除尘剂CNSD-1,其组成成分为:发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠,稳泡剂可溶性淀粉,润湿剂二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠,且三者质量浓度分别为0.5%、0.06%和0.3%,经现场应用得出使用泡沫除尘剂CNSD-1后呼吸性粉尘的平均降尘率为86.08%,全尘平均降尘率为96.35%,效果显著。 Based on the current foam dust removal technology because of the foam dust removal agent,such as low foaming rate and poor wettability cannot achieve good effect of the dust problem,through the study on foam dust removal agent dust removal mechanism foam dust catcher can be divided into the process of interception,adhesion,moist and sedimentation process,and by improving the ROSS-the Miles and contact Angle measurement experiments it is concluded that an optimal foam dust removal agent formula,namely: the foam dust removal agent CNSD-1,the following components: The foaming agent sodium dodecyl sulfate,the foam stabilizing agent soluble starch,and the wetting agent dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium,with mass concentrations of 0.5%,0.06%,and 0.3%,respectively,were used in the field.The average dust removal rate of respirable dust after the use of foam deduster cnsd-1 was 86.08%,and the average dust removal rate of total dust was 96.35%,with significant effect.
