Reduce Crimes via Human Nature

犯罪与人的动物性直接相关,也与人的社会性直接相关,是人的动物性与社会性对立的表现,是人的动物性多于社会性的表现,是人性恶。在对犯罪进行人性控制之前,国家应当正确确立人的符合社会现实的欲望满足标准。提高人们的文化素养,净化社会环境,完善非刑法法律中的义务性规范中的制裁措施,进行刑法立法威慑,是国家对犯罪进行人性控制的措施。

Animality of the person is directly related to the crime. Sociality of the person is also directly related to the crime. The crime is the antagonism performance between the animality and sociality of the person. Crimes are the malice of human nature, resulted from a person's animality overpowering his/her sociality. Before reducing the amount of crimes, the government should correctly establish the standard that satisfies people's desires that meet the standards of the current society. Improving people's cultural literacy, eliminating the negative tempting aspects in the society, perfecting the sanction measures of obligatory norms in non- Criminal Law , and exerting deterrence via the legislation of Criminal Law are the methods for the government to reduce the amount of crimes via human nature.
