彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影对胃食管反流病的临床诊断价值

Clinical Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Contrast-enhanced Gastrointestinal Ultrasound in Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease

目的:探讨彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影在胃食管反流病(GERD)临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择确诊GERD的48例患者作为研究组,同期健康体检的48例健康者作为对照组;研究对象均接受彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影检查,记录并比较5min内胃食管反流次数和反流时间。结果:研究组患者5min内胃食管反流次数和反流时间均明显多于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者病理性反流检出率明显高于对照组健康者,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),且对照组健康者均为生理性反流。结论:彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影是一种较为理想的GERD诊断方法,操作简单,可作为GERD筛查的首选方法。

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler contrast-enhanced gastrointestinal ultrasound in gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods: 48 patients with GERD were selected as the experiment group,and 48 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent color Doppler contrast-enhanced gastrointestinal ultrasound to record and compare the number and time of reflux within 5 min. Results: The number of gastroesophageal reflux and reflux time in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group within 5 min,differences were highly statistically significant ( P <0.01).The pathological reflux detection rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was highly statistically significant ( P< 0.01),and healthy subjects in the control group were all physiological reflux. Conclusion: color Doppler contrast-enhanced gastrointestinal ultrasound is an ideal GERD diagnostic method,which is simple to operate and can be used as the preferred method for GERD screening.
