城市园林绿化智慧化管理体系及平台建设初探 被引量:49

摘要 近年来,随着移动互联网、物联网、云计算、“3S”技术为代表的新一代信息技术的兴起和推广应用,城市园林绿化数字化建设目前在国内已普遍开展。面对城市园林绿化管理越来越复杂的元素和工作,构建城市园林绿化智慧化管理体系,提高园林绿化精细化和科学化管理水平,已成为园林绿化行业发展大势所趋。从城市园林绿化管理工作的具体需求出发,将城市智慧园林管理体系分解为信息管理、综合监管、协同办公、辅助决策和公众服务五大平台,探讨了构建城市园林绿化立体感知、管理协同、决策智能、服务一体的综合管理体系(简称“智慧园林”)的方法。旨在通过智慧园林的建设,提升城市园林绿化建设、管养、监督和服务水平,推动园林绿化事业更加健康、高效的发展。 In recent years,with the rise and popularization of the new generation of information technology represented by Mobile Internet,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing and 3S Technology,the digitalization construction of urban landscaping has been widely carried out in China.Faced with the increasingly complex elements and work of urban landscaping management,constructing intelligent management system and improving fine and scientific management level has become the trend of urban landscaping development.Based on the specific requirements of urban landscaping management,this paper divides the intelligent urban landscaping management system into five platforms: information management,comprehensive regulation,cooperative office,assisted decision-making and public service.It discusses how to build the integrated management system of urban landscaping with stereo perception,management synergy,decision-making intelligence and service integrated (referred to as "smart landscape").Through the construction of smart landscape,the construction,management,supervision and service of urban landscaping will be improve,and the healthy and efficient development of landscaping will be promoted.
