摘要
为了适当降低聚酰胺62(PA62)的熔点,改善其熔融加工性能,采用胺酯缩合聚合法将1,2–双(2–氨基乙氧基)乙烷(BAE)作为二胺共聚单元导入PA62主链,制备PA62/BAE2共聚物.使用核磁共振、傅立叶变换红外光谱、动态扫描量热、热重分析、广角X射线衍射等测试方法,对PA62/BAE2共聚物的结构、热性能、结晶性能、吸水性能进行了表征.结果表明,成功合成了PA62/BAE2系列共聚物,通过引入BAE链段有效降低PA62熔点、改善加工性能,同时共聚物整体呈现优异的热稳定性(T5≥385℃)和结晶性(XC≥26%).此外,PA62/BAE2饱和吸水率随BAE含量增加而逐渐增大,最高为7.9%,但仍低于PA6(10%).PA62/BAE2共聚物的综合性能良好,有望在汽车零部件等耐高温领域应用.
1,2-bis(2-aminoethoxy)ethane (BAE) comonomer was introduced into the main chain of PA62 as the flexible segment by amine ester polycondensation to prepare a series of PA62 copolymer. It was expected to reduce the melting point as well as providing better toughness by copolymeration. The structure, thermal stability, crystallization and hydroscopicity were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR,DSC,TG and WAXD. The results show that a series of PA62/BAE2 copolymers are successfully prepared, and the introducing of BAE effectively reduce the melting point and improve the processing performance while maintaining good thermostability(T5 ≥ 385℃) and crystallinity(XC ≥ 26%). In addition, the saturated water absorption of PA62/BAE2 polyoxamides increases with the add of BAE, which can up to 7.9%, but is still lower than PA6(10%). PA62/BAE2 copolymers can be used widely for high temperature resistant areas such as automotive parts with excellent comprehensive properties.
