摘要
通过将不同橡胶粒径的丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS),不同化学结构和橡胶粒径的增韧剂等共混制得了综合性能优异的高断裂伸长率阻燃ABS材料.采用仪器化冲击仪,多轴冲击和扫描电子显微镜等测试方法,研究了高断裂伸长率阻燃ABS材料的综合性能.结果表明,大小粒径不同的ABS进行复配,及具有较大橡胶粒径且线性结构的苯乙烯–丁二烯–苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS),对于阻燃ABS的断裂伸长率具有明显的提高作用,通过仪器化冲击进行了较好的韧性表征.
A flame-retardant ABS material with excellent comprehensive performance and high elongation at break was developed by means of investigating ABS resin with different rubber particle size,toughening agent with different chemical structure and rubber particle size. The comprehensive properties of flame retardant ABS materials with high elongation at break were studied by means of instrumentalized impact apparatus,multiaxial impact apparatus and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the compound of ABS with different size and particle size,and SBS with large rubber particle size and linear structure,can significantly improve the breaking elongation of flame retardant ABS,which is characterized by better toughness through instrumental impact.
