Study on adsorption performance of NaP zeolites using fly ash as raw matarial

摘要 以粉煤灰为原料,经对粉煤灰高温焙烧活化和酸浸除杂后,提取其中硅铝组分作为制备分子筛的硅源和铝源,采用水热合成法制备NaP分子筛.通过优化除杂参数和合成制备参数调控NaP分子筛的晶体生长,得到了制备NaP分子筛的适宜条件为:SiO2∶Al2O3∶Na2O∶H2O=1∶0.5∶1.66∶136,晶化温度和时间分别为120℃和8h.通过XRD、SEM等表征测试手段研究分子筛的结构特征,并且采用Ni^2+和Ca^2+吸附实验对NaP分子筛进行性能评价,Ni^2+的去除率最大可达99.58%,Ca^2+交换能力达到373mg/g. Using fly ash as raw material, after high-temperature roasting activation and acid leaching of fly ash, the silicon-aluminum component was extracted as the silicon source and aluminum source for preparing zeolites, and NaP zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. By optimizing the impurity removal parameters and synthetic preparation parameters to control the crystal growth of NaP zeolite, the optimal conditions for preparing NaP zeolite was: SiO2 ∶Al2O3 ∶Na2O∶H2O =1∶ 0.5 ∶1.66∶136, crystallization temperature and time were 120 ℃ and 8 h, respectively. The structural characteristics of zeolites were studied by XRD, SEM and so on. The performance of NaP zeolites was evaluated by Ni^2+ and Ca^2+ adsorption experiments. The removal rate of Ni^2+ was up to 99.58% and the Ca^2+ exchange capacity was 373 mg/g.
