肺癌和肺血栓栓塞症均有高发生率和高致死率的特点,且近年来有上升趋势。肺癌合并肺血栓栓塞症更对患者生命及生存质量产生巨大威胁,其发生机制复杂,临床症状不典型,诊疗存在局限性,预后较差,给患者生活质量和经济造成极大负担,引起越来越多临床医师广泛关注。本文就肺癌合并肺血栓栓塞发生机制、临床特点及诊疗进行回顾性分析及归纳,为早期识别该疾病提供临床依据。

Both lung cancer and pulmonary thromboembolism have the characteristics of high incidence and mortality,and there is an upward trend in recent years.Lung cancer combined with pulmonary thromboembolism poses a great threat to the survival and quality of life of patients.The mechanism of its occurrence is complex,the clinical symptoms are atypical,the diagnosis and treatment are limited,and the prognosis is poor,which causes a great burden on patients′ quality of life and economy.This has drawn lots of attentions from clinicians.This article retrospectively analyzes and summarizes the mechanism,clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer with pulmonary thromboembolism,and provides a clinical basis for early identification of the disease.
