分化型甲状腺癌患者131I治疗期间护理困扰影响因素的研究

A Study on Nursing Disturbance Influencing Factors in Patients with Differentiated Thyroid Cancer During 131I Treatment

近十多年来,甲状腺癌发病率逐年上升,占甲状腺癌90%以上的分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)最理想的治疗方案是“手术+131I治疗+甲状腺激素抑制”。患者在进行131I治疗中,由于剂量大必须进行辐射隔离,医护人员、家属无法在床边护理,从而产生心理、睡眠、服药后不良反应、隔离不适应,直接或间接影响治疗效果,因此笔者对DTC患者131I治疗期间护理困扰影响因素、干预方法进行研究,总结临床经验,以期为临床护理工作提供参考。

In the past decade,the incidence of thyroid cancer has been increasing annually,and the optimal treatment for differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC),which accounts for more than 90% of thyroid cancer,is "surgery + 131I treatment + thyroid hormone inhibition".During 131I treatment,patients must be isolated because of the large dosage of radiation.Health care workers and family members can’t be with patients,which leads to psychological,sleep,and bad reactions after taking the drug,also produce directly or indirectly influences on the treatment effect.In this study,the author investigates the influencing factors and intervention method during the period of 131I therapy in patients with DTC care,and summarize the clinical experience,so to provide reference for clinical nursing work.
