荆各庄矿工业广场煤柱开采变形监测研究 被引量:4

摘要 荆各庄矿由于多年开采,资源接近枯竭。为了提高资源回收率,需充分利用已有的井巷工程对矿井工业广场下的煤炭资源进行开采。为降低工广煤柱开采的影响,设计了工业广场地面监测网以及井筒、绞车房等重要建(构)筑物的监测方案。监测结果表明,井下工作面的开采对主井、第一副井、井架、井壁均产生了不同程度的影响。为保障生产安全,分析认为在观测期间,地面主要生产用构筑物(主井井架、第二副井井房、煤仓)尚处于安全状态。监测结果为保障荆各庄矿井筒及工业广场煤柱安全开采提供了科学依据。 Due to years of exploitation, currently the recoverable coal reserves were nearly exhausted in Jinggezhuang mine. In order to improve the resource recovery rate, it was necessary to make full use of the existing well engineering to exploit the coal resources under the mine industrial square. In order to reduce the impact of industrial square coal pillar mining, the monitoring schemes for industrial square ground monitoring network and the important buildings (structures) such as wellbore and winch house were designed. The monitor results showed that the shaft pillar mining had influenced the main shaft, first auxiliary shaft and hoister house. In order to keep the production safety, the analysis results showed that the shafts and coal bunkers were keep safety. The monitor results of wellbore and industrial square provided a scientific basis to keep the coal mine safety in Jinggezhuang.
