摘要
不动产测绘是不动产登记发证的重要一环,其工作量几乎占到整个工作的50%左右。传统摄影测量技术经过多年的发展已经能够满足大比例尺测图的要求,而倾斜摄影测量技术的发展则能够满足不动产测绘的技术要求。文中重点阐述倾斜摄影测量在不动产测绘中技术参数设置、具体项目实施案例、重要结论等,从实践上证明该项技术的可行性。
Real estate surveying and mapping was an important part of real estate registration and certification, and the workload accounted for almost 50% of the whole work. The traditional photogrammetry technology had been able to meet the requirements of large-scale mapping after years of development, and the development of tilt photogrammetry technology could meet the technical requirements of real estate mapping. In this paper, the settings of technical parameters, the specific project implementation cases and the important conclusions were elaborated in real estate surveying and mapping, the feasibility of the technology was proved in practice.
