文中结合自然资源资产离任审计试点项目,探索领导干部自然资源资产离任审计的内容和方法,充分利用地理国情普查及监测成果、多时期遥感影像数据,GIS空间叠加分析等技术,以审计区域专项资源审计为例阐述如何利用3S技术在自然资源资产离任审计中发挥作用。

Combining with the natural resources assets leave the audit pilot project, the content and methods of the leaving audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres were explored, the geography national conditions census and the monitoring results, the multi-period remote sensing image data and GIS spatial superposition analysis and other technologies was made full use. Taking the audit area special resource audit as an example, how to use 3S technology to play a role in the departure audit of natural resource assets was illustrated.
