Three-dimensional laser scanning technology was an advanced integrated measurement method, which had been successfully applied in many fields. In this paper, the specific applications of three-dimensional laser scanning technology were introduced in the aspects of goaf scanning, the drainage borehole design, the mine house acceptance and the pillar setting in Huibaoling Iron Mine. It had remarkable improvement in accuracy, safety, convenience, digitization and work efficiency, and it was worthy to popularize and use.
