煤层底板注浆改造粉煤灰基材料性能实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对华北型煤田奥陶系灰岩顶部注浆改造工程需求,采用正交实验方法开展了粉煤灰基注浆材料性能的研究。通过测试分析水固比、水泥粉煤灰固相比、水玻璃含量对注浆材料的抗压强度、初凝时间、终凝时间、结石率和黏度等参数的影响情况,提出奥灰顶部粉煤灰基注浆材料的优化配方为:水固比为1∶1、粉煤灰掺量为70%、水玻璃掺量为3%。该配方的多项指标均满足要求,且结石率能够达到实验最高的97.5%,为华北型煤田奥灰顶部注浆改造工程提供技术支撑。 In allusion to demand on the North China type coalfield Ordovician limestone top grouting modification engineering has used orthogonal experiment method to carry out fly-ash based material performance study. Through testing and analysis of water-solids ratio, cement fly-ash solid ratio, impact from sodium silicate content on parameters of grouting material compression strength, initial setting time, final setting time, concretion rate and viscosity have put forward Ordovician limestone top fly-ash based grouting material optimized formula is: water-solids ration 1∶1, fly-ash adding content 70%, sodium silicate adding content 3%. Multiple indices of the formula can satisfy demands, and concretion rate can be 97.5% as high from experiment, thus can provide technical support for North China type coalfield Ordovician limestone top grouting modification engineering.
