摘要 近年来随着国际业务的发展和国际项目的逐步增多,水电设计走出国门成为必然。通过学习中美标准关于洪水标准和实用堰泄流能力计算的方法,结合国际工程设计过程中的相关经验、教训和总结,分析比较了中美关于洪水标准和实用堰泄流计算在计算公式、计算过程以及计算结果等方面的不同之处。在此基础上,结合具体案例进行分析,可供工程设计进一步研究参考。 With the development of international business and the increasing of international projects in recent years, it is inevitable that hydropower design industry in China will go abroad. By studying the methods in Chinese and American standards for calculation of flood standard and practical weir discharge capacity, combined with relevant experience, lessons and summaries learned during the international engineering design practice, the differences between Chinese and American standards regarding the calculation formulas, process and results for flood standard and practical weir discharge calculation are analyzed and compared. Based on the analysis and comparison, combined with specific engineering case analysis, the paper may shed some light on further study and reference in engineering design.
