摘要
针对变态混凝土施工中加浆均匀性这一工程难题,采用试验室内模拟成孔注浆试验的方法,自行制作试验装置,通过试验室模拟注浆试验,研究影响变态混凝土浆液扩散的相关因素,以求更深入地认识注浆浆液的渗透规律。结合室内试验的结果,用1stOpt软件拟合出了扩散半径与影响因素之间的函数关系式,并通过正交分析,确定了各影响因素对扩散半径的影响从大到小排序为:单孔注浆量、水胶比、平均颗粒直径、注浆压力。该试验研究不但有助于认识注浆浆液渗透规律,还可以快速指导变态混凝土成孔注浆施工。
In view of the engineering problem of uniformity of slurry in the construction of metamorphic concrete, the method of laboratory simulation of perforated grouting test is adopted. With self-made experiment device, the grouting test in the laboratory is carried out to study the factors affecting the diffusion of metamorphic concrete slurry and to better understand the penetration law of grouting slurry. Combined with the results of laboratory experiments, the functional relationship between the diffusion radius and the influencing factors was fitted by program 1stOpt. The orthogonal analysis was used to determine the influence of each factor on the diffusion radius from much to less as the following: Grouting amount, water-to-binder ratio, average particle diameter and grouting pressure. The experimental study not only helps to understand the law of grouting slurry penetration, but also provides a quick guidance on the construction of perforated grouting of metamorphic concrete.
