摘要
采用半预聚体法,分别以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)和聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇(PNA)为软段,液化MDI、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为硬段制备具有不同软段组成的聚氨酯弹性体,研究了软段组成对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,PCL型和PNA型聚氨酯弹性体力学性能较好,玻璃化转变温度较高,接触角较大,吸水率较低;浸水7d后,PTMG型聚氨酯弹性体强度保持率较高。
The polyurethane elastomers with different soft segments were prepared using poly(tetramethylene ether) glycol (PTMG),polycaprolactone diol (PCL) and poly(neopentyl glycol adipate)(PNA) as soft segments,using liquefied diphenylmethane diisocyanate (L-MDI),1,4-butanediol (BDO) as hard segments,with the semi-prepolymer method.The effects of soft segment composition on the properties were studied.The results showed that the physical property of polyurethane elastomer based on PCL and PNA as soft segment was good,T g was higher,the contact angle was larger and the water absorption rate was lower.The retention rate of tensile strength of polyurethane elastomer based on PTMG as soft segment was the highest after soaking for 7 days.
