摘要
企业社会关系作为一种社会资本,对于降低交易成本、获得优先交易权有重要的作用,因此企业受到激励会进行社会关系投资。嵌入关系的市场竞争更接近现实,中国是特别注重“关系”的国家,有必要进行社会关系与企业竞争力的关系研究。首先对构成企业社会关系的人际关系、社会关系和社会资本三者进行界定,并对三者关系进行分析,在此基础上提出当代中国企业社会关系的价值包括降低交易成本、增强交易双方的信任以及经济主体获取优先交易权,进而对当代中国企业社会关系类型与层次特征进行归纳概括,阐释当代中国社会关系与企业竞争优势之间的必然联系。
As a kind of social capital, corporate social relations play an important role in reducing transaction costs and obtaining priority trading rights.Therefore, enterprises are encouraged to invest in social relations.The market competition of embedded relationship is closer to reality.China is a country that pays special attention to “relationship”,so it is necessary to study the relationship between social relationship and enterprise competitiveness.Firstly, this paper defines the interpersonal relationship, social relationship and social capital which constitute the social relationship of enterprises, and analyses the relationship among them.On this basis, this paper puts forward the value of social relations of contemporary Chinese enterprises: to reduce transaction costs, to enhance the trust of both sides of the transaction, to facilitate economic entities to obtain priority trading rights.Then this paper summarizes the types and hierarchical characteristics of contemporary Chinese enterprises' social relations, and explains the inevitable relationship between contemporary Chinese enterprises' social relations and their competitive advantages.
