基于PDCA循环理论构建大学生党员发展工作模型

PDCA-based Model Construction of Recruiting College Student Party Members

目前大学生党员发展工作主要存在入党条件和标准模糊,基层党务工作者缺乏经验和专业性,党员教育内容抽象空洞、入党前后教育脱节等问题。借鉴和运用PDCA循环理论,从计划、实施、检查和处理四个方面探索构建大学生党员发展工作模型,有利于促进高校学生党建工作的标准化和提高大学生党员发展工作的实效性。

Presently, the conditions and criteria for recruiting college student Party member are not very clear. Besides, the grassroots Party workers are lacking in professional experience and the Party member education is abstract and empty in content. PDCA theory is used to explore the model construction of recruiting college student Party members from four aspects: planning, implementation, inspection and processing. This model is conducive to promoting the standardization of college student Party building work and the effectiveness of the recruitment of college student Party members.
