摘要
实现高等教育的内涵式发展,必须注重培养学生的综合素质和能力。学生要提升综合素质和能力,获得真才实学,不是一朝一夕之功,必须靠平时一点一滴的积累。为了给学生提升综合素质和能力、获得真才实学提供助推力,高等院校有必要实行过程性考核改革。要推进过程性考核改革,高等学校及其教务部门必须充分重视,根据具体课程做好规划,同时着力提升教师和学生两个主体在教学改革中的主动性和积极性。
Connotative development of higher education calls for emphasis on college students’ comprehensive quality and ability, which can only result from continuous accumulation in daily learning. Therefore, formative assessment is compulsory in universities. Universities, especially their offices of teaching affairs, must make a sufficient plan for particular courses and enhance the initiative of both teachers and students in this assessment reform.
