基于AHP的高校众创空间绩效评价研究

Research on the Performance Evaluation of College Creative Space Based on AHP

在以"大众创业,万众创新"为主题的"众创"时代,高校因其得天独厚的人才资源优势,成为"众创"中不可或缺的一部分。充分利用高校资源优势建设众创空间,能够促进高校毕业生更高质量地创业就业,推动"大众创业,万众创新"事业持续蓬勃地开展。文章通过对相关专家、高校众创空间负责人及创业者的调研,运用AHP(层次分析法)模型,构建高校众创空间绩效评价指标体系,并对各指标进行相对权重的计算与分析,为高校众创空间的建设提供一定的理论参考。

In the era of "public creation" and "innovation", colleges and universities have become an indispensable part of "all creations" because of their unique talent resources. Making full use of the resources of colleges and universities to build a space for innovation can promote higher quality entrepreneurship and employment for college graduates, and promote the continuous development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Through the interviews of relevant experts, school space creation leaders and entrepreneurs, the paper used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model to construct the colleges’ spatial performance evaluation index system, and calculated the relative weight of each index.The analysis provided a certain reference for the construction of the creative space of colleges and universities.
