实心焊丝脱脂除锈一步法表面处理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 实心焊丝传统表面处理工艺存在占地面积大、污染严重、工艺复杂、生产成本高,清洗不彻底等问题,研制出以硫酸、平平加和十二烷基硫酸钠为主的配方体系,可成功用于焊丝表面脱脂除锈的表面处理,该工艺具有节省空间、清洗效果好、生产成本低等优点,可应用于实心镀铜焊丝生产,也可进一步应用于无镀铜焊丝的生产。 The traditional surface treatment technology of solid welding wire has many problems, such as large area, serious pollution, complex process, high production cost and incomplete cleaning. The formulation system consisting of sulfuric acid, peregal and sodium dodecyl sulfate has been developed, which can be successfully used for degreasing and rust removal of welding wire surface. The process has the advantages of space saving, good cleaning effect and low production cost, and can be used to the production of solid copper plating wire, and can also be further used to the production of non-plated copper wire.
