摘要
利用MMS-200热模拟试验机和C-Strain传感器研究了SY740非调质钢在连续冷却过程中的相变行为,确定了SY740非调质钢的临界温度为Ac1=720℃,Ac3=827℃,由此探讨了不同冷却速率下相变温度区间的显微组织,并对相应的显微组织进行了硬度测量,分析了冷却速率对非调质钢组织与性能的影响。根据试验结果制定生产过程控制参数,产品质量满足用户特定要求。
The phase transition behavior of SY740 non-quenched and tempered steel during continuous cooling process was studied by using MMS-200 thermal simulation machine and C-Strain sensor, and the critical temperature of the steel was determined to be A c 1=720 ℃ and A c 3=827 ℃. The microstructure of phase transition temperature zone at different cooling speeds was discussed. The hardness of corresponding microstructure was measured, and the influence of cooling rate on the structure and properties was analyzed. According to the test results, control requirements of production process was worked out, the product quality can meet specific requirements of customers.
