摘要 塔机起重钢丝绳具有缠绕层数多、起重高度大、起重速度快等特性,导致塔机起重钢丝绳失效的主要表现形式有磨损、疲劳及变形。分析钢丝绳横向受力状态,建议除了按标准对钢丝绳进行常规试验外,还应对其抗侧压稳定性进行测定。依据ISO 16839标准要求,对几种常用塔机起重钢丝绳进行抗侧压稳定性试验,得出相应数据。这些数据有利于为设备生产厂家合理设计工况与科学选择钢丝绳提供依据,延长塔机起重钢丝绳的使用寿命。 Tower crane hoisting wire rope has the application characteristics of winding multiple layers, hoisting high height and fast speed, the main failure forms of tower crane hoisting wire rope are wear, fatigue and deformation. The transverse force state of wire rope is analyzed, it is suggested that measuring the resistance lateral pressure stability of the wire rope in addition to the conventional test according to the standard. According to the requirements of ISO 16839 standard, the resistance lateral pressure stability of several hoisting wire ropes commonly used in tower crane are tested, and corresponding data are obtained. These data are helpful for device manufacturers design working condition reasonably and provide basis scientific choice for wire rope, to prolong service life of hoisting wire rope for tower crane.
