摘要
选择匹配合理的电梯钢丝绳与曳引轮用于电梯提升有利于提高电梯使用寿命,曳引轮的轮槽形状、轮槽尺寸、轮槽表面硬度、绳轮直径、绳轮材质及表面粗糙度均对钢丝绳以及曳引轮的使用寿命有着重要的影响,设计和选择合适种类的曳引轮与钢丝绳加以匹配,有利于减小电梯运行过程中相互之间的磨损和挤压,提高钢丝绳的弯曲等性能,增加钢丝绳和曳引轮的使用周期。
Selecting properly matched elevator wire rope and traction sheave for elevator lifting is beneficial to improve the service life of the elevator. The shape of wheel groove of traction sheave, the size of wheel groove, the surface hardness of wheel groove, the diameter of sheave, the material of sheave and the surface roughness have important influence on the service life of wire rope and traction sheave. The design and selection of appropriate kind of traction sheave and the wire rope are matched to reduce wear and extrusion between the elevators during operation of elevator and improve bending performance of wire rope. Increase the life of wire rope and traction sheave.
