具有串并联结构的363 kV真空断路器温升研究 被引量:4

摘要 温升是高压真空断路器状态监测时需要重点考虑的技术指标,具有串并联结构的363 kV快速真空断路器对每一个灭弧室单元提出了更高的可靠性要求。为向363 kV快速真空断路器的温升监测提供参考,基于断路器的实际设计尺寸,建立了三维电磁-热耦合模型,引入辐射、对流、接触电阻等多重边界条件,采用有限元法计算得到了整机不同工况下的温度分布。计算结果表明:导电铜排和真空灭弧室触头温度最高,断路器整体在额定电流和短路冲击电流下的最高温度为73. 3℃和93. 3℃,满足温升标准和热稳定性要求。 Temperature rise is a key indicator for high voltage vacuum circuit breaker( VCB) condition monitoring. To provide reference for the dissipation structure design of 363 kV fast VCB,3 D electromagnetic-thermal coupled model is built to calculate the temperature distribution with finite element method,and the multiple boundary conditions including radiation,heat convection and contact resistance are taken into account to analyze the influence of operation conditions on the temperature distribution. The simulated results indicate that the temperature of copper bus bar and contacts are higher than other parts. The highest temperature of the circuit breaker under rated current and short-circuit impulse current is 73. 3 ℃ and 93. 3 ℃ respectively,which meets the temperature rise standard and thermal stability requirements.
