基于乡村振兴战略下的火炬农场产业调查——兼论联合体、家庭农场在农垦的实践与创新

Investigation of Torch Farm Industry Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy

产业兴旺是实现乡村振兴战略的首要目标,培育新型农业主体,是实施乡村振兴战略的有力举措。通过对火炬农场的产业调查,提出了优化橡胶、林木产业,发展剑麻产业,控减甘蔗产业,灵活适度发展自营经济果蔬产业的发展策略。家庭农场的长期实践证明,它具有强大的生命力;产业化联合体在广东农垦的传统产业中已经形成;农场联合体作为新兴产业的经营主体创新,具有产业化联合体的雏形,倒逼农场管理制度的创新,农场应充分授权、简政放权。未来农场发展的重点是培育专业合作社。

Industrial prosperity is the primary goal of rural revitalization strategy. Cultivating new agricultural subjects is a powerful measure to implement rural revitalization strategy. Based on the industrial investigation of Torch Farm, the development strategies of optimizing rubber and forest industry, developing sisal industry, controlling and reducing sugarcane industry and developing self-supporting fruit and vegetable industry flexibly and moderately were put forward. The long-term practice of family farm has proved that it has strong vitality;the industrialization consortium has been formed in the traditional industry of agricultural reclamation in Guangdong Province;the farm consortium, as the main body of operation innovation of emerging industries, has the embryonic form of industrialization consortium, which should be accompanied by the innovation of management system, and the farm should be fully authorized, simplified and decentralized. The Future farm development will focus on cultivating professional cooperatives.
