On Cultivating College Students’ Rule Consciousness from the Perspective of Xi Jinping’s Youth View

习近平青年观对大学生规则意识教育提供“应然”指导,丰富大学生思想政治教育内涵,引领大学生核心价值观养成和构建大学生规则意识维度。通过分析大学生规则意识的“实然”,剖析大学生规则意识培育现状和原因,提出大学生规则意识培育的“使然”,包括:社会主义核心价值观的引领、中国梦的奋斗以及规则秩序的实践性培养。

Xi Jinping's Youth View provides "Should" guidance on the rule consciousness education for college students, enriching the connotation of ideological and political education for college students, lead college students to develop core values and construct the dimension of college student rule consciousness. By analyzing the "Reality" of college students’ rule consciousness, this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the cultivation of college students' rule consciousness, puts forward the "Make it happen" of the cultivation of college students' rule consciousness, including the guidance of core socialist values, the struggle of the Chinese Dream and practical cultivation of rules and order.
