摘要
华油油田第一采油厂就低压套管气无法回收的问题自主研发低压套管气回收装置,利用抽油机游梁往复运动为动力,拉动增压抽气泵同步往复运动,将套管气从套管中抽出,导入输油管线,实现对套管气的回收。第一采油厂将此套管气回收装置逐步推广应用到全厂,单井日回收气量100 m^3以上,回收效果显著,解决了低压套管气回收难题。
A self-research casing gas recovery device has been developed to recover the low-pressure casing gas in Huabei oilield.By using the reciprocating motion of the beam from the pumping unit as power source,the supercharged pump can reciprocate simultaneously,bring the casing gas into oil pipeline,and further realize the recovery of casing gas.The first oil recovery plant has gradually applied this recovery device to the entire plant with daily recovery gas volume over 100 m^3 for a single well,which succeeds in recover low pressure casing gas.
