Grass-root party organizations in colleges and universities are an important part of our party's organization, which is closely related to the success or failure of the party construction. The problems existing in the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in local normal universities are reflected in the weakness in organizing ability and the formalization, superficiality and marginalization of party activities. There are both subjective and objective causes.
