沧州地区农村中小学教师生存状态的调查与研究

摘要 通过问卷调查法和个别访谈法调研沧州地区农村中小学的教师,发现他们在物质生存状态、精神生存状态、专业发展状态三方面存在着不容忽视的问题,如经济收入低、工作压力大、身心健康水平堪忧等。建议政府和相关部门针对农村中小学教师出台一系列政策措施,加大教育投入,提高教师地位,完善教师工资与福利保障制度,丰富教师精神生活,帮助教师打通职业上升通路。 It is found via questionnaire and interviews on primary and high school teachers that there are three problems that cannot be ignored in their material and spiritual status and the status of their professional development, such as low income, high pressure in work, and poor health. It is suggested that the government and relevant departments should take a series of measures for rural primary school teachers to increase investment in education, to improve teachers’ social status, to increase teachers’ salaries and better welfare system and enrich teachers’ spiritual life in order to help teachers to move forward in their career paths.
