摘要
随着国家对环保要求的不断提升,尾气后处理使用更加广泛,排放要求更高;2019年7月1日,部分城市要求柴油车实施国六排放标准,国六尾气后处理成本较国五有了大幅的增加;若发生失效,造成的经济损失更加严重。所以文章的目的是希望前期设计和制造过程人员,了解尾气后处理的主要失效模式和成因,在设计和制造过程中尽量避免产生失效的风险点,从而提升产品质量,降低售后质量成本,为客户和公司节约成本。
With the improving of the national requirements for environmental protection, exhaust aftertreatment is more widely used and the higher emissions requirements;On July 1, 2019, some cities of china require diesel implemented CN6 emissions standards, CN6 exhaust aftertreatment cost is much higher than CN5 product;In case of failure, cause the economic loss is more serious. So the purpose of this paper is to hope that the early stage of the design and manufacturing process, understand the main failure modes and causes of exhaust gas aftertreatment, try to avoid to produce in the process of design and manufacture of the risk of failure, so as to improve product quality and after-sales quality cost reduction, cost savings for customers and company.
