摘要
根据专用车底盘市场需要,正向开发2.5t前轴,通过建立简化的前轴数学模型,对前轴强度进行分析,降低产品设计风险。在已建立的数学模型基础上,绘制出前轴弯矩和扭矩简图。结合前轴的使用情况,前轴的强度分析主要分为两种工况:紧急制动工况和侧滑工况。前轴的使用条件和结构较为复杂,在计算时对前轴进行简化,且本论文着重计算前轴重要截面的强度,即前轴中间位置和钢托位置的截面强度及主销孔处抗弯强度。通过计算出前轴主要截面的应力,为后续设计提供参考。
According to the special vehicle market, a positive development 2.5 t front axle, front axle through the simplified mathematical model of the front axle, analyses the strength, reduce the risk of product design. In the mathematical model based on the established, draw out the front axle bending moment diagram. Combined with the use of front axle, front axle strength analysis is mainly divided into two kinds of condition: emergency braking and sideslip condition. Conditions of use and the structure of the front axle is complex, in the calculation of the front axle is simplified, and this thesis focuses on the front axle cross sections calculated strength, namely the front middle position and a steel supporting section strength of pin hole position and bending strength. By calculating the stress of main sections of the front axle, and provide a reference for further design.
