摘要
为更好的控制同步器的总成质量,保证同步器总成质量追溯性,需在同步器总成上打印标识。原有的激光打标机完全由人工操作,打标质量差,生产效率低,且打标人员劳动强度大。本课题通过设计专用的自动打标机,实现同步器总成打标自动化,保证了打标质量,降低了打标人员劳动强度,同时提高了车间现场的生产效率。
In order to better control the quality of synchronizer assembly and ensure the quality traceability of synchronizer assembly, it is necessary to print the label on the synchronizer assembly. The original laser marking machine is completely operated by human, and it features poor laboring quality, low production efficiency and high labor intensity. The paper designs a special automatic marking machine which realize automatic marking of the synchronizer assembly. It ensure the quality of marking, reduce labor intensity, and improve production efficiency of workshop site.
