关于某重卡产品管线路工艺标准的研究

摘要 随着重卡产品的不断更新迭代,电气功能件相应增加,整车管线路的管束随之加粗,重卡国Ⅴ、Ⅵ等产品相较以前产品管束直径增加约62%。管束增加后影响整车管线路美观性,且管束增加后易造成管线路与周边零部件的静态、动态干涉磨损,存在一定的火情隐患。经过设计、工艺、生产等业务单位的联合研讨,并现场验证实施,形成一套详细的管线路分层工艺标准。 With the continuous updating and iteration of heavy truck products, the electrical functional components have increased correspondingly, and the bundle of the whole vehicle pipe line has been thickened. The products of heavy trucks V and VI have increased by about 62% compared with the previous product bundle diameter. The increase of the tube bundle affects the aesthetics of the whole vehicle tube line, and the tube bundle and the surrounding components are likely to cause static and dynamic interference wear after the tube bundle is increased, and there is a certain fire hazard. After a joint discussion of design, process, production and other business units, and on-site verification and implementation, form a detailed set of pipe line layering process standards.
