文章在认真研读了IEC各TC出版的相关资料、标准和我国标准《安全电压》的基础上,首先简要的介绍了IEC及其标准的基本概况,其次说明了安全电压在我国的发展历程,分析出了安全电压的内在涵义,再次通过细致的描述,区分了我国不同标准关于安全电压接地问题的不同理解,提出安全电压值之间联系的探讨性论点和论据。
