我国主机厂车内气味管控标准及现状综述

Overview of standards and status of odor control in vehicles in automobile enterprises in China

文章综述了我国主机厂对车内气味的管控标准及现状。管控标准主要为零部件及材料的气味检测方法和限值标准,零部件气味检测方法可分为袋子法和箱式法两种,材料气味检测方法可大致分为德系、美系、日系三大类。此外,从气味标准体系、气味评价员团队、管理制度等方面综合分析,将国内主机厂气味管控现状分为空白型企业、起步型企业、发展型企业和成熟型企业四类。通过分析,文章得出结论:目前,我国主机厂的车内气味管控标准方法各异、种类繁杂,急需统一;同时,不同主机厂在车内气味管控技术方面存在较大差异。

This paper summarizes standards and status of odor control in vehicles in automobile enterprises in China. The standards include odor detection methods and limit standards for parts and materials. The odor detection methods of parts can be divided into bag method and box method, and the odor detection methods of materials can be roughly divided into three categories: German series, American series and Japanese series. In addition, through comprehensive analysis of odor standard system, odor evaluator team and management system, the current situation of odor control in domestic automobile enterprises is divided into four categories: blank enterprises, start-up enterprises, development enterprises and mature enterprises. Through analysis, this paper draws a conclusion: at present, thestandards of odorcontrol in vehicles in automobile enterprises in China are different, complex types, and need to be unified. At the same time, there are big differences in odor control in vehicles between different automobile enterprises.
