京沪妇女保健资源配置的适宜程度 被引量:4

Appropriateness of resource allocation of maternal health care in Beijing and Shanghai

摘要 目的了解京沪两地妇女保健(以下简称"妇保")资源配置演变,探讨其适宜程度及基于文献和公开信息量化比较差异的可行性.方法综合京沪两地妇保人力、财力、物力的适宜程度和信息资源的收集利用程度,加权计算转化为妇保资源适宜程度.利用Spearman相关分析和回归分析,分析妇保资源配置适宜程度与孕产妇死亡率的关系.结果 2000—2017年,京沪两地的妇保资源适宜程度不断提升,北京市由19.1%上升到38.0%,上海市由19.6%上升到49.3%.两地妇保资源配置的适宜程度与孕产妇死亡率均呈负相关(相关系数都大于0.5).结论京沪两地妇保资源适宜程度逐年提高.上海市妇保资源配置适宜程度比北京市妇保资源配置适宜程度对孕产妇死亡率降低的影响更大些,尤其需要重点提升信息资源适宜程度.妇保体系的资源适宜应体现在人力、财力、物力的适宜和信息资源的收集利用程度.研究验证了量化比较不同地区妇保资源配置的适宜程度是可行的. Objective To understand the evolution of the allocation of maternal health resources in Beijing and Shanghai,and explore the suitability and feasibility of a quantitative comparison of differences based on literatures. Methods The appropriateness of the human resources,financial resources,material resources and information resources of the maternal health in Beijing and Shanghai were weighted to get a score on the general maternal health resource appropriateness. Spearman correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to analyze the relationship between the appropriateness of the maternal health resources and maternal mortality. Results From 2000 to 2017,the suitability of working resources for women’s health care has increased from 19.1% to 38.0% and from 19.6% to 49.3% in Beijing and Shanghai respectively. The degree of appropriateness was negatively correlated with maternal mortality(the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.5). Conclusion The suitability of maternal health resources in Beijing and Shanghai has increased year by year. The appropriateness of resources in Shanghai has a greater impact on the reduction of maternal mortality. In particular,it is suggested to focus on improving the appropriateness of information resources. It is also suggested that the resources of a suitable maternity health care system reflecting the feasibility of human resources,financial resources,material resources and information. Quantifying the appropriateness of maternal health resources between different regions is feasible.
