Application progress and implication of medical service unit payment in Japan

探索不同的医疗费用支付方式对我国医疗服务收付费改革有着重大意义.文章简要介绍了日本的公共医疗保险体系,对根据本国国情制定的日本诊断群分类综合评价/按日收费系统(Diagnosis Procedure Combination/Per-diem Payment System,DPC/PDPS)制度的背景、覆盖范围、收费标准、效果等方面进行分析.同时,为我国医疗服务按单元收付费改革提供借鉴经验.

Exploring different medical payment methods is of great significance for medical payment reform of China. This paper aimed to briefly introduce the public medical insurance system,as well as the background,coverage,price and effect on the Diagnosis Procedure Combination/Per-diem Payment System(DPC/PDPS) in Japan. In addition,some suggestions were provided for the medical service unit payment reform in our country.
