Self-customization on Safety Protection Information of the Numerical Control Machine

从数控机床利用PLC定制显示信息入手,阐述了数控机床的信息显示功能的作用以及实现的基本原理。以FANUC0I系统为例,对信息显示的指令进行了论述,对信息输入的过程以图片的形式清晰呈现,并就实现的难点EDIT功能如何解锁进行了归纳说明。通过设计一个实例,既编制了显示信息,又展示了信息消除的程序,对数控机床显示信息编制具有指导作用,同时也为机床的安全防护与故障查找提供了帮助。

Based on numerical control(NC) machine tools using PLC custom display information,the information display function of NC machine tools and the basic principle of its realization were expounded. Taking FANUC0 I system as an example,the instruction of information display is discussed,the process of information input is clearly presented in the form of picture, and how to unlock the difficult EDIT function is summarized and explained. The design of an example not only edited the display information,but also showed the program of information elimination,which plays a guiding role in display information editing of NC machine tools, and provides help for the safety protection and fault search of machine tools.
